Sales/Purchase Orders
The shop system enables you to produce and process purchase and sales orders. If you use the goods in screen to receive items, the system will check against the purchase orders to see if the item is on a purchase order. If it is then you can use the purchase order system to receive the items.
The screen shots below show the various screens for processing purchase orders. The screens for sales orders are the same.
The screenshot below shows the screen where you can select of create a new purchase order from. The purchase orders are grouped by status to eanble easy access.

The screenshot below shows the screen used to add items to the purchase orders. This screen is also used to enter the details of items as they are received.

The screenshot below shoes the actual purchase order print. The header of the report can be changed by using the report header designer addon installed as part of the program installation.
