Admin Screen:

The admin screen is where you can view transactions and access your item details. The main display can be filtered by date or item code allowing you to select the transactions you wish to view.

Item Details:

The item details screen allows you to create and edit item details.

Item Variants:

The item variants feature allows you to easily cater for items that come in various colours, sizes and weights. The feature works by allowing you to wither enter specific details for an item or if details are left blank the system uses the details from the parent item.

Stock Transactions:

As well as the till screen there is also a transaction entry screen that allows you to record transactions such as 'Goods In', 'Return to Stock', 'Remove from Stock', 'Stock Take Adjustment', 'Sale' and 'Website Sale'.

Sales and Purchase Orders:

These features allow you to create and process sales and purchase orders.

Goods In:

The goods in feature allows you to record receipts of multiple items in one batch rather than having to enter them via the transaction entry screen. While entering goods in the system will prompt you if an item is also on a purchase order.

Imports and Exports:

The system allows item details to be imported via csv files and has the ability to export item and transaction details for use in other software applications as required.
