Import/Export Features

Item Import

The item import feature of The Shop system has two functions.

1. Allow the user to input item details from a csv file as this is easier than adding a large number of items manually through the system itself.
2. Bulk updating item details from a csv file.

Item Export

The Shop Systems item export feature allows the user to export all the item details in the system to a csv file. This file can then be edited and used to re import the details to the system.

Transaction Export

This export allows the user to export a selection of transactions to a csv file based on a date selected when the export is run.

Price List Export

This export enables the user to export a selection of items price details and is designed to provide the user with details that can be used to create price lists.
